RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend that Mr. Aragon should ask the cashier on their second meeting on why he changed his mind on the new plan of placing the cash in securities. There might be unforeseen expenses that Mr. Aragon didn’t get to notice and the cashier didn’t want to mention. We also recommend that the school should improve their organizational structure like where they place their college deans; it should be under the Vice president for academic affairs. We also recommend that Mr. Aragon should conduct a meeting not only with his subordinates but with the higher bodies of the school. Addressing this might increase the respect that he needs from everyone. After all the meetings have been done, we recommend that some of the cash will be placed in higher yielding securities for the betterment of the college.
CONCLUSION
We conclude that Metro Manila University will solve this simple problem of how they handle their cash and will continue to thrive or even have better operations after their cash situation.
